KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) on Thursday said it was ready to share information about the 10 percent tax on cell-phone users with a national newspaper.
The Oversight Commission on Access to Information (OCAI) officially asked the MCIT to grant the Afghanistan Ma newspaper’s request for sharing information on the tax. The ministry, however, refused to do so.
