KABUL (Pajhwok): The UNICEF executive director has condemned Monday’s attack in southern Kandahar province, where 11 children were killed at a religious school.
The attack occurred when a car packed with explosives was driven into a military convoy as it passed by, damaging the building on the side of the road where the children were studying.
