TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): Protesters in central Uruzgan province have allowed traffic to ply roads and shopkeepers to reopen their shops in Tirinkot City, the provincial capital, but they would keep the Uruzgan-Kandahar highway closed until their demands are met.
