FIROZKOH (Pajhwok): Taliban province, but Afghan forces killed them all, police said Thursday.
Ghor police spokesman Mohammad Iqbal Nizami told Pajhwok Afghan News on Thursday that four Taliban assailants stormed a voter registration center in Kamarab area of Firozkoh city late on Wednesday.
The four insurgents were killed as the Afghan forces retaliated and two security forces were wounded in the incident.
Few days back, the Taliban abducted three officers of a voter registration center and two policemen in Allah Yar area of Firozkoh in an attack.
The militants torched the center after the attack.
