MAIMANA (Pajhwok): Around 4,000 high school graduates from nine districts had registered to sit the university entrance test in northern Faryab province, but the exam could not take place on the given date due to security problems.
All the aspirants gathered in Maimana City, the provincial capital, on Thursday waiting since morning for the arrival of a entry test delegation from Kabul.
