Afghans of Ontario-Canada In solidarity with the Afghan peace sit-In

1. We urge all parties involved in the Afghan-conflict to agree on an immediate ceasefire in order for peace talks to commence.
2. We ask the government of Afghanistan, the United States of America, all opposition parties, and the International Community to cooperate for peace dialogue.
3. We believe in inter-Afghan dialogue to resolve the conflict through Afghan traditions and customs. We, therefore, ask the neighbors of Afghanistan to stop intervening in the internal affairs of Afghanistan that lead to the killing of innocent Afghans. 
4. We urge the parties involved in the Afghan conflict to prioritize national interests in their conditions for peace.
5. We request all the people of Afghanistan, within and outside of the country to support any lawful peace initiatives to become a norm.
6. We urge the United Nations, Security Council, and the International Human Rights Commission to support the people-led peace initiative in Afghanistan.
7. We implore the leadership of Islamic countries and renowned Islamic scholars to engage in the Afghan peace efforts in order to end this conflict.
8. We appeal to the countries of the region and the neighbors of Afghanistan to take firm stance to stop illegal arms trade and money laundering in Afghanistan and to participate in and support the peace efforts.
9. We ask all peace-loving nations, civil societies, academics, and media to back peace efforts in Afghanistan.
10. We, the participants of this sit-in pledge to continually raise the voice of peace until the end of the Afghan conflict.
