3 ALP personnel wounded in Kapisa suicide bombing

MAHMOOD RAQI (Pajhwok): Three Afghan local police (ALP) personnel were wounded in a suicide bombing in Nijrab district of central Kapisa province on Tuesday, an official said.

Provincial police spokesman Mohammad AyubYousufzai told Pajhwok Afghan News the suicide attack took place in Afghania locality of the district shortly after 10am.

Yousafzai said first the suicide attacker attacked the ALP’s check-point and later others opened firing, wounding three ALP men. Three assailants were also wounded in the trade fire
