President in Mazar-i-Sharif to inaugurate power project

KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani reached the capital of northern Balkh province on Wednesday morning, the Presidential Palace said.

Heading a high-level delegation, Ghani would inaugurate the Khulam power sub-station and its distribution network in Mazar-i-Sharif.

A statement from his office said the president would hold separate meetings with officials of drought-hit provinces of Balkh, Sar-i-Pul, Faryab, Jawzjan and Samanagan.
