KABUL Ministry of Mines and Tajikistan Geology Department signed agreements on construction of a gas pipeline and on cooperation in academic and technical spheres.
A statement from the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (MoMP) to Pajhwok Afghan News read the two agreements were signed based on a 2012 Memorandum of Understating on strengthening long-term cooperation in transferring natural gas to Afghanistan.
