Ghor: Taliban kidnap 6 including 3 girl students

FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): Taliban province, officials said.

Public health director Dr. Juma Yaqobi said the Taliban abducted the six people along with an ambulance while returning from Lal wa Sarjangal district’s hospital.

He urged influential tribal figures to cooperate with them in securing release of the abductees.

Police spokesman Iqbal Nizami also confirmed the incident which he said took place on the outskirts of Dawlatyar district center.

He said the abducted people included four medical students including three girls and their diver. They were moved to the Marghab-Ferozkoh valley.

He said police had launched their efforts for release of the kidnapped individuals.

The Taliban have not yet commented about the matter.
