Hosting, serving pilgrims a great honour: Saudi minster

KABUL (Pajhwok): Saudi Arabia’s information and culture minister says hosting and serving of Allah’s guests is a great honour for them.

Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad made the remarks during a meeting with a delegation of journalists from Islamic countries in Saudi Arabia.

He said his country would never prohibit pilgrims from performing the ritual and provide facilities to all zones. He called media’s role decisive in awakening nations.

Hosting and serving pilgrims is an honor for the oil-rich kingdom that would do all it could to facilitate pilgrims.

The delegation also met the Imam arrangements.
