KABUL (Pajhwok): Twenty-four armed insurgents have been killed during security operations in various provinces of the country over the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) said on Friday.
The nine different operations were carried out in Nangarhar, Kunar, Ghazni, Paktika, Paktia, Uruzgan, Farah, Faryab, Kunduz, Nimroz and Helmand provinces, a MoD statement said.
