Doha vehemently denounces Taliban attack on Ghazni City

KABUL (Pajhwok): The government of Qatar has strongly condemned a recent attack that took place in the capital of southern Ghazni province.

At least two children were killed and 10 civilians wounded in the Taliban attack in Ghazni City early Friday morning.

In Doha, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed Qatar's firm stance against violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.

It expressed Qatar's condolences to the victims' families, the government and people of Afghanistan. It wished the wounded a speedy recovery.
