JALALABAD (Pajhwok): The Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department in eastern Nangarhar province says 55 reconstruction projects are currently being implementated at the cost 552 million afghanis.
Eng. Mujeeb Rahman Zia, the provincial RRD’s head, told Pajhwok Afghan News during an exclusive interview that the projects would to be completed this year would benefit 1,800 villages of all districts except Hesarak and Sherzad.
Zia hoped they would be able to establish a Citizen Charter Programme, build rural roads, supply drinking . . .
