TEFA chief Mohammad Naeem Ayubzada told a gathering titled “Transparent Elections” in Kabul that only 36 days were left to go for the parliamentary elections but the IEC was yet to do something special for the process.
The IEC had announced Oct 20 the date to hold parliamentary elections.
