PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Taliban militants have dynamited a large bridge connecting 40 remote villages in northern Baghlan province, local residents claimed on Sunday.
The bridge in Abqo locality of Markaz-i-Baghlan district was destroyed with bombs a few days back, said Arbab Shamsullah, a resident of the district
He told Pajhwok Afghan News that prices of food items surged after the bridge was destroyed, a situation that has landed local residents in trouble.
