An official of NDS in Helmand, who wished not to be named, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the incident took place in Loymanda area of the district this afternoon.
The source said Afghan intelligence forces on an operation in the area when hit by a roadside bombing, as result, the acting NDS head for the district, Mir Ahmad killed.
