ZARANJ (Pajhwok): Police in southwestern Nimroz province have arrested two robbers with the Pakistani currency and sensitive Iranian documents, an official said on Thursday.
Police chief Col. Abdul Raqeeb Mubarez told Pajhwok Afghan News the crime branch personnel detained the robbers on Wednesday.
Part of gang, the men had been involved in robberies both in Afghanistan and Iran, he said, adding four million rupees and some Iranian papers were recovered from the detainees.
All members of the gang would be brought to justice, the police chief promised, saying efforts were underway to arrest the individuals wanted by law enforcers.
