KABUL (Pajhwok): Fourteen security personnel, including the Sayedabad district police chief, were martyred and seven others injured during clashes in the Sayedabad district of Central Maidan Wardak province, officials said on Sunday.
The security situation in the Sayedabad district has returned to normal after reinforcement dispatched there, Nasrut Rahimi, MoI deputy spokesperson in a joint press conference with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) spokesperson at GMIC said.
