Election Observer Ajaml from the Ghulam Mohmmad Farhad High School said due to technical problem the voting process in this polling station began late.
“The biometric system is not working properly even now, the Independent Election Complaint Commission (IECC) complaint forms should have been present here, I am the observer of a candidate, but there is no complaint form to register my complain,” he said.
“The worker took the biometric system back to the Independent Election Commission (IEC) office, the voters have been waiting for the election process to begin,” he said.
Zabihullah Sadaat, deputy spokesman for the IEC, said the technical problems related to the biometric system in some polling station would be soon resolved.
