KABUL (Pajhwok): The Independent Election Complaint Commission (IECC) on Saturday expressed concern over the weak administration, technical problems, increases in security threats and interference by the some security personnel in voting process and demanded the concerned authorities to act and remove the problems.
Ali Raza Rohani, spokesman for the IECC, said due to the weak management of the Independent Election Commission (IEC) voting process in 2nd, 6th, 8th, 10th, 13th and 18th police district of capital Kabul has not begun . . .
