KABUL’s economic empowerment, according to a statement.
Finance Minister Mohammad Humayon Qayoumi, and Shubham Chaudhuri, World Bank Country Director for Afghanistan in the presence of Ministers of Education, Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Higher Education and Deputy Minister of Women Affairs signed a new package of grant agreements, the statement said.
The new package would finance improvements in primary, secondary and higher education as well as advancing the economic and social standing of rural women.
