HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The Independent Election Commission (IEC candidate of offering the office 1$ million in bribe to declare him winner in the election, but the candidate rejected the allegation.
Ahmad Shah Qanoni, IEC head for Herat province, told Pajhwok Afghan News some close figures of candidate Farhad Majidid told the IEC’s regional office’s official their candidate had obtained less votes and his honor was in risk.
