PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): The Independent Election Commission (IEC)’s regional office in central Logar province has not paid salaries to its contractual employees for three months.
The contractors say they daily visit the IEC regional office in Pul-i-Alam, the provincial capital, but armed guards at the gate do not allow them to meet with the authorities concerned.
