BAMYAN (Pajhwok): Besides laying the foundation stones of other infrastructure projects, President Ghani on Saturday inaugurated work on the sixth part of the Bamyan-Doshi road in central Bamyan province and warned the contract would be cancelled if the road was not completed in the given time.
President Ghani, who inaugurated the road project in Doaba Balola area of Shibar district, called the road an alternative to the Salang Highway. He said the Bamyan-Doshi road would free Bamyan from its geographic prison.
