KABUL Breshan Sherkat (DABS) on Monday expressed its inability to collect electricity bills from 37 districts in seven provinces for security reasons while government offices and strongmen owed nine million afghanis in unpaid bills.
Amanullah Ghalib, DABS head, briefed lawmakers about load-shedding and other electricity related issues and said power supply would continue to face interruptions until the second transmission line of imported electricity was established.
