KABUL and China focused on building trust, peace, development and regional connectivity kicked off on Kabul on Saturday.
A source from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said at the second round of talks, foreign ministers of the three countries were expected to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
Representatives from the three nations would attend the talks and an agreement on border security cooperation would be signed by President Ashraf Ghani.
Last year, the first three-way meeting was held in Beijing.
