Moscow, Delhi discuss initiatives to stabilise Afghanistan

KABUL Affairs Ministry says.  

The diplomats met in the Indian capital amid US-Taliban reconciliation efforts and China-Pak-Afghan dialogue on extending te Belt & Road Initiative to Afganisan.

A statement from the ministry said Russian Special Envoy Zamir Kabulov held delegation-level talks with MEA Joint Secretary Deepak Mittal.

He later called on Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale, according to the statement, which gave no further details of the meetings.
