KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghan Air Force (AAF) received another four MD-530 fighter helicopters from the United States, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) said on Sunday.
MoD spokesman Javid Ahmad Ghafoor said the four fighter aircrafts were delivered to the AAF on Saturday.
He said pilots for the aircraft had already been trained and other technical staff made available. The MD-530 helicopters would be used in combat missions.
The Pentagon has said eight more fighter aircrafts would be handed over to Afghan security . . .
