HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The Herat Police Headquarters Director of Terrorism Department Fazal Rahman Khadem has filed a case against Iranian consul general in connection to targeted killing and his brother murder in the province.
Khadem, two days after his brother was killed, claimed all the serial targeted attacks in Herat took place on the directives of Mahmood Afkhami Rashidi, Iranian high consul general, in the province.
He added since the beginning of Rashidi duty, 134 people, including four Iranian nationals, had been arrested in connection to targeted killing with most of the detainees had confessed . . .
