MoI bars, personnel, policemen from visiting foreign missions

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Interior Affair (MoIA) on Saturday banned its employees and policemen from visiting foreign embassies in Kabul.

Nasrat Rahimi, deputy spokesman of the Ministry of Interior Affair (MoIA) wrote on his Facebook page the decision had taken to ensure the dignity and safety of its employees.

 He added onward from next Monday, non-of the ministry’s employee and policeman has the right to enter the foreign embassies in Kabul.

According to him, during an emergency the employee and policeman should let know their related administrations or the Intelligence offices.

Rahimi added non-of a civilian or military official of the ministry is permitted to participate celebration events held inside the foreign missions.

He warned of legal action if the orders had been violated by the officials and policemen.
