KABUL has got membership of the Trans-Eurasian Information Super Highway (TASIM) -- a major regional initiative aimed at creation of transitional fiber optic.
In a statement, the Ministry of Telecommunication and Information and Technology said the project envisaged building a major new transit route from Frankfurt to Hong Kong.
It said the transit route would pass through Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Germany.
