KABUL (Pajhwok): Former president Hamid Karzai on Tuesday strongly condemned a car-bomb attack on the Green Village Camp in Kabul.

Karzai denounced the attack as an inhuman act that violated all Islamic teachings and human values. He said the attack was carried out by the enemies of Afghanistan and peace.

The Ministry of interior (MoI) said four people were killed and 113 others injured in a car bombing on Monday evening.

As usual, the Taliban claimed responsibility for the bombing and claimed inflicting causalities on some foreign and Afghan soldiers.

In a statement, Karzai said Afghanistan’s enemies did not want peace and progress in the country. He lamented the heavy financial and life losses resulting from the bombing.
