PUL-I-KHUMIR (Pajhwok): Four civilians have been killed and 20 others wounded as a result of an explosion at volleyball ground in northern Baghlan province, an official said on Saturday.
The blast took place at in the Barfak area of Tala Wa Barfak district on Friday evening, the district’s administrative chief told Pajhwok Afghan News.
