CHARIKAR with northern parts of the country, has been shut for traffic as a result of a strong snowstorm, the Highway Maintenance Department said on Sunday.
The road had to be closed for traffic due to a strong storm Saturday night, a statement from the department said, adding a rescue team had been dispatched to the northern part of the tunnel.
