KABUL (Grand Council) was delayed for an indefinite time due to bad weather condition and recent heavy snow and rain falls in parts of the country.
The consultative Loya Jirga for peace was expected to hold on March 17 in Kabul, for a consensus over mechanism of peace negotiations, defining fundamental lines and a possible agreement with the Taliban.
