· 2 min read · 305 views

KABUL (Pajhwok): First Lady Rula Ghani on Thursday asked media outlets not to employ female workers and journalists based on their physical attraction and youngness, but prioritize their qualification and abilities.

She was addressing the second anniversary ceremony of Women Journalists Support Center on the occasion of International Women’s Day in Kabul.

Rula Ghani said, “We are aware that girls who do not have good physical appearance are denied job in most of media outlets.”
