HEART CITY (Pajhwok): A number of residents and civil society activists of western Herat province condemned the kidnapping and killing of a little girl, Mahsa and demanded execution of the perpetrators involved in her killing.
Mahsa, a six-year-old girl, was kidnapped from the limits of 11th police district of Kabul city on March 10 and was killed by her kidnappers after her family failed to provide the ransom money.
