PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Police in central Logar province have parked ten vehicles loaded with food and non-food items for trying to enter Kabul without paying tax.
Provincial acting police chief Col. Ram Khoda Mukhlis told Pajhwok Afghan News that police stopped the ten vehicles on Monday night.
He said the vehicles coming from neighboring Paktia province wanted to enter Kabul without paying tax.
He said the vehicles carried load beyond the permitted weight which caused damage to roads.
