<p>AIBAK (Pajhwok): One security official was killed and six others were injured in a traffic accident in Aibak, the capital of northern Samangan province, local authorities said on Wednesday.</p>
<p>Traffic Director Lt. Syed Masood Zahir told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident happened on Tuesday evening on the <a href="/en/afganistan/kabul" class="glossify-link">Kabul</a>-Mazar-i-Sharif highway in Tash Shahar locality.</p>
<p>He said a Humvee of security forces crashed into a truck, killing one security man and injuring six others.</p>
<p>Dr. Muqbil Azizi, a doctor on duty at the civil hospital, confirmed receiving one body and six injured people from the accident site.</p>
<p>Two seriously injured security personnel were referred to a military hospital in Mazar-i-Sharif, he said.</p>
