KABUL (Pajhwok): Russia has vehemently denounced a deadly airstrike by foreign forces in northern Kunduz province, where 13 civilians were killed.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Russian Foreign Ministry demanded the perpetrators of the civilian casualties should be brought to justice.
"We strongly condemn another crime committed by NATO troops on Afghan soil and join the UN mission’s call for conducting a thorough investigation and demand that the perpetrators be brought to justice," it added.
