KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): The governor of southern Kandahar province has asked Swedish ambassador to Afghanistan’s rights.
The Swedish envoy, Olof Tobias, who travelled to Kandahar province today, met with the governor, provincial council members and other local officials.
Governor Hayatullah Hayat discussed the security situation, education, health, reconstruction and the peace process during his meeting with Tobias.
He also mentioned some problems in the province and said assistance from the government of Sweden could help resolve . . .
