JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Access to information paves the way for investigative journalism that helps improve good governance, Nangarhar Governor Shah Mahmood Miakhel said on Wednesday.
He promised cooperation on implementation of the Access to Information Law and committed all government institutions would do their part in this regard.
Miakhel expressed the view at the end of a three-day workshop -- Countering Corruption Through Investigative Journalism -- organised by Pajhwok Afghan News.
