KABU (Pajhwok): The People’s Peace Movement members have been invited to in the upcoming intra-Afghan dialogue in the Qatari capital of Doha, the movement said on Wednesday.
Bismiullah Watandost, the movement’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News they had been invited by the organizers of the upcoming Qatar intra-Afghan dialogue.
He said so far it was not unknown how many the movement members would take part in the peace talks, but they would send two or three members to the meeting.
Watandost said they would present real problems the Afghans were suffering from at the meeting.
He said they had visited 21 provinces and dozens of districts, meeting local residents to hear their demands and problems.
Watandost said ceasefire was important and they would demand truce between the warring parties at the April 19-21 huddle.
