JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Unidentified gunmen on Wednesday killed two civilians, including a religious scholar, in the Behsud district of eastern Nangarhar province, an official said.
Governor spokesman Attaullah Khogyani told Pajhwok Afghan News a religious scholar was killed at around 9:00 am in the Buland Ghar area.
He said the slain Mullah when killed by unknown gunmen.
Protesters have blocked the Jalalabad-Kunar Road to protest the killing of religious scholar.
