PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): Stability in Afghanistan as peace in both countries is interlinked, says Foreign Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
“Afghanistan has been in a state of war for a long time and it will take time to bring about peace there,” the minister told reporters in his hometown of Multan.
Qureshi hailed Pakhtuns as faithful to the country, acknowledging they had always supported Pakistan. The tribal people had faced hardship during the 17-year war in Afghanistan, he said.
