PUL-I-ALAM/GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Local officials say 13 Taliban insurgent have been killed and three injured in Afghan security force operations in Logar and Ghazni provinces.
Logar police spokesman, Shapor Ahmadzia told Pajhwok Afghan News six Taliban insurgents were killed by Afghan security forces in Baraki Barak and Mohamad Agha districts late on Tuesday.
He said that a Kalashnikov and three motorcycles belonged to the insurgents were also seized by security forces. Afghan forces did not suffer casualties in the fight.
