KABUL (Pajhwok): A six-member militant group accused of conducting terrorist activities has been busted in southeastern Paktika province, the spy network claimed on Thursday.
A statement from the intelligence service said the Taliban) Special Unit in Sharan, the provincial capital.
Qayyamuddin, son of Abdul Aziz, was identified as leader of the group. The five others were named as Mohammad Jumil, son of Abdul Rahman, Adam Khan, son of Banusi, Jumrat, son of Juma Khan, Ismatullah, son of Mohammad Omar, and Sayeed Bilal, son of Nizzamuddin.
The statement did not mention the exact date of the arrests.
