KABUL have been provided food assistance by Turkey’s state-run aid agency.
The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) said the food packages were distributed to families affected by natural disasters, terror attacks and poor economic conditions.
In a statement on Monday, the agency said the aid was delivered to deserving household Jawzjan, Sar-i- Pul and Balkh provinces.
Each package contained flour, rice, oil, tea, sugar, salt, tomato paste and beans, according to the statement from TIKA’s office in Mazar-i-Sharif.
