KABUL insurgents includign the gruop's Red Unit’s fighters have been killed during security operations in southern Ghazni province, claims the provincial police headquarters.
In a statement, the police said on Saturday the Taliban launched a major offensive against the security forces in Qarabagh district around dawn.
The security forces effectively responded to Taliban assault and killed at least 100 militants, the police statement added.
